1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone), and the financial data you choose to enter (accounts, balances, transactions, assets, and tax figures). We do not connect to your bank or broker and do not collect data you don't enter yourself.

2. How we use it

Only to operate the service for you: to store your workspace, compute your dashboards, projections and reports, and to authenticate you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Where it's stored

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (hosted with our infrastructure provider) and transmitted over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — never in plain text.

4. Your rights

You can view and edit your data in the app at any time. You may request a full export or deletion of your workspace by contacting us. We retain data only as long as your account is active or as required by law.

5. Third parties

We use a small number of processors to run the service (hosting, database, payments, and email). They process data only on our instructions. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
